Here we are all about the scarf. 

This terrific video walks us through 25 different ways to wear a scarf. I'm pretty lucky to be able to wear a flowing scarf when I ride, my vintage Gazelle is fitted with a skirt guard and chain guard so there's no way a flowing scarf is getting caught in the wheels or the chain. No bicycle malfunctions here unless the wind is in my face. The fix, just adjust the scarf style and ride on.
