Bike lanes are the new runways

The first time I stumbled across the Invisible Helmet was on the Smoking Lily blog and then on different random websites. Today the CBC Radio morning mentioned the Invisible Helmet.  I was doing research at the time and not five minutes later I stumbled across the Invisible Helmet story and found the website to the Swedish company Hovding. 

I can’t ignore this new invention any longer and it appears to be here to stay. The “helmet” is actually a collar that creates an airbag for your head on impact. Check out the stylish colours and fabrics. The Invisible Helmet retails for about $600 USD.
