How To Return an Item at Le Vélo
We want you to LOVE your stuff as much as we do, for this reason we will accept your return within 15 days of purchase, no questions asked. Please send us an e-mail at email@example.com, we will give you easy instructions on how to return the item. The item of course must be unused and in the same condition you received it along with the original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive the parcel, we'll refund your money. It's that easy.
Sale items and special discount sales are a final sale and not eligible for a refund.
Gift cards, however, are exempt from being returned.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be accepted.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending back your purchase for a refund or exchange or if you have questions regarding your refund. We will provide you with details on the best options.
To return your product, mail your returned item to: Le Vélo Victoria, #205 – 455 Sitkum Road, Victoria, BC V9A 7N9
If your item is in new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or colour, if available.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service as well as purchasing shipping insurance up to the cost of the item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will be responsible for the shipping fees.
We use Canada Post as our shipping carrier.
All packages are shipped by Canada Post Priority Shipping. A tracking # will be provided by the shipping carrier and we will pass this information along to you so you can track your order.
We calculate the shipping charges during checkout. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
